Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cedar Park (Nw Austin) by IHG

I love the hospitality. The extra amenities that are taken for granted. I forgot my toiletries and they offered a toothbrush and toothpaste and for me that was everything. Their breakfast was actually edible. The coffee machine was also one of my favorites. The laundry room and the price for it was super reasonable. Better overall than most hotels I’ve been to.

I didn’t like how the foldable sofa bed didn’t have bedsheets and when I asked for it the person at the front desk only gave me a blanket. I also called to have it prepared ahead of time but no one answered. I had to physically talk to someone and yet my needs weren’t met. But I also think it depends on the person because there were other two people that were very helpful and nice. The foldable not having sheets and an extra set already in the room was definitely overall the worst part.

Great location, comfortable and super close to the HEB center. Free breakfast and great AC

Big room. Good breakfast.
