This apartment is beautiful and spacious. It's in a lovely location, walkable to everything in Florence. I highly recommend it.

Overall we had a great stay. The best parts were probably the location and the amount of space- we have teenagers including an exchange student, so separate beds and rooms was important. Easy walking to great parts of the city. Two downsides- one mentioned as reassurance, and the other as something that could be improved, but hopefully unlikely to happen again- 1. When we got there the cleaners were just leaving, so it was quite clean, but had a strong smell. Open windows made that all better, so if that's your experience, have no fear!2. The other issue was that the stove wasn't working when we arrived, and a maintenance person needed to be called. We were told he would arrive in 30-60 min but it took 90. We were also told we needed to be there to give permission for doing the work. Having just arrived in Florence, it wasn't ideal to be tethered to the apartment for that period of time. It was finally established we could go out (having made dinner reservations that were now coming up) and just give the managers the permission to be passed on to the worker. So that was a little frustrating, and meant that we had someone unknown in the apartment while we weren't there (but our belongings were). The managing company did a very good job of communicaiton before we arrived- almost too good in that there were multiple ways to reach them- the vrbo messaging, plus 2 numbers on WhatsApp- it was sometimes unclear which to use.

Our stay was great at this apartment. Very clean and close to everything. Communication was quick.

The apartment was extremely clean and spacious! Would love to stay there again!!!
