Fantastic stay. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast lots of healthy options. Lovely area hotel is in. Local amenities are perfect. Next to Woodlands Mall. Service from staff exceptional. Shout out to Asia who was super helpful. She is worth her weight in gold!

Clean, size was great , good location and staff were great.
The AC unit was very loud on the room I hardly could sleep. I had to use ear plugs to sleep.

Customer service was excellent. I liked the daily text messages asking if I needed anything or just asking about my stay. They were on top of things!
One elevator wasn’t working when we checked in. It was fixed the next day but made me hesitant to get on it.

The set up of the room.
The ac did not work in the bedroom. I asked if there would be a discount and no one got back to me.
