Loved the staff, they were very helpful and the room was lovely. Super clean and very comfortable.

Only thing I disliked was the fact the valet was full and I had to find another spot to park, but the staff was very helpful in directing me to a garage nearby!

It was unique and a great location for Nissan Stadium!

The noise in our room (801)…. Sounded like a vacuum cleaner whenever the air was on! Thought it was the elevator (you’re right next to it) but it was the air vent! Also was confused about how to get to the 8th floor.

Breakfast was amazing

Bed was hard and pillows were not comfortable

location was wonderful, stuff was great. I liked the rooms. The facilities was amazing.

I did not like the way to charges/money was handled. the took the whole stay plus incidental charge as a whole from my bank, and then when i checked out instead of just reversing the incidental charge, they ran my card again for the room charge again. So for three days i had those funds holding from me and unable to use them. very inconvenient. it could really have put and dampener in the trip if my funds was a little less in my account. not to mention that have to pay for parking because all they offered was valet, and was charge $88 for one night when $60 was stated.
