The location and the staff.
My room wasn’t as clean as I expected for a Drury Inn.

The staff are delightful. Every single one of them are very friendly and cheerful.
Why do the not put bag liners in the trashcans? The housekeeping staff have to reach into the waste baskets and remove who knows what and wash or wipe out whatever guests have thrown out. Nasty. Put liners in the cans. I have been staying at drury hoitels for 20 years…. But dang this hotel is getting so expensive. Making me think twice about where to stay.
