Location. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. A/C in room worked great.
Lobby and hallways were “stuffy”, not sure if a/c was working. Took a shower and found long black hair on the walls of the shower. The hair did not belong to me or my wife.
Requested a downstairs room due to having dogs. The person checking me in says “I can’t make any promises” then proceeds to give us a room on the third floor.

Everything was great for the 3 days stayed, the staff was superb, attentive and friendly
I was missing light in the bathroom , minor detail but it would have helped me get ready after a bath.

It was adequate. Usual Continental Breakfast. I am not a sausage eater so a choice of sausage or bacon would be nice and there were no bananas for the cereal.
No bacon for breakfast. There were spots in the carpet in the room.

the bed was comfy and the hotel was clean
the hotel way was hot, my room ac was shut off so it was 80 degrees in my room when i arrived and took hours to cool down, and the lady at the front desk was such a disappointing experience. i paid to stay and her attitude was very poor. i could’ve walked across the street to holiday inn and gotten way better service and appreciated to be present in their establishment
