The location was excellent, really close to the city centre just a few minutes walk to the main attractions of the Roman Baths, Abbey and Thermal Spa. The flat is warm and comfortable, having the bedroom at the rear cuts down on street noise. The small kitchen was good for cooking breakfast every day before we set off on our adventures.

Guests need to be aware that the flat is on the third floor and there are only stairs up to it. The stairs are numerous but not too steep and there are landings to catch your breath! I would have preferred the microwave to be on the counter, it was awkward to use in the cupboard underneath. I also had trouble reaching plates etc on the deep shelves above the kitchen counter, The TV set up is a bit of a faff, we mainly used iPlayer as we had no logins for the other apps. A suitcase stand in the bedroom, and maybe a chest of drawers would be useful.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The flat was comfortable, well equipped and a lovely place to relax after exploring Bath. The kitchen had everything we needed, with clear instructions and thoughtful touches throughout. The bathroom is narrow but has a surprisingly spacious shower and large, comfortable towels; the double bed is on the softer side but comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the location is excellent, especially for the train station. We loved the beautiful church view and hearing the bells from the comfortable living room. The laundry is a short half-flight down, with drying racks available—just bring your own detergent. Highly recommend staying here.

Nothing

Location was second to none, super comfortable and such a great base from which to explore Bath.

Being in the centre of Bath means parking is scarce but there is a car park opposite the property that is super convenient.

Beautiful apartment in a brilliant location. Communication was excellent and we loved the extra touches like teabags, coffee pods and lovely toiletries.
