Courtyard by Marriott Lenox Berkshires

Everything was Pretty much great

It didn’t include breakfast and most Marriott’s do.

Location was good - good proximity to Stockbridge and Lenox. We did not eat at the hotel - only morning coffee.

The shower in our bathroom dripped all night, then when we went to take a shower in the morning it was really hard to turn on. We reported to the front desk at checkout, so hopefully its fixed now.

Property was well maintained .

Elevator was slow to pick up on first floor. Had to wait longer than anticipated.

Breakfast was over when we got down to the lobby. We were able to get coffee, fruit and yogurt. The room was clean and comfortable. We were on the top floor and had a nice view of the mountains. Convenient location, great restaurant across the street.

We were unable to sleep, it was noisy. First we thought it was the ac unit so we turned that off and opened the window. It wasn't the ac unit and the street noise was loud w the window open. We beleive it must have been the compressor on the roof above us that was loud. We decided to check out early and head home as we couldn't sleep in our room. When we checked out I mentioned the problem and that we were leaving early. Didn't get much of a response. We were certainly not packing up in the middle of the night to move to another room so, I didn't call the desk just reported the problem in the am.
