Mesón Castilla Atiram Hotels

Central location was great and room was small but comfortable and perfectly adequate for our 1 night stay. The most important thing was the parking which was both secure and undercover both of which were critical for us in our Morgan soft-top

The only small thing was the directions to find the hotel and car park in our car could have been clearer. It would have helped to say hotel on a one-way street and that the car parking access was via a roll-up door just BEFORE the hotel entrance - we had to go all the way back round the one-way system! It would have been even better if the hotel had emailed us a picture of the garage door so that we knew we were in the correct place. Parking was DEFINITELY worth the money for us.

The breakfasts were excellent, and the reception staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was clean overall, and there was access to clean drinking water. The 24/7 reception is truly functional and reliable. There’s also the option to sit with friends in the evening in the common lounge, which is quieter than the rooms. The elevator was very useful, especially when traveling with a stroller.

The room was extremely noisy – the street was alive all night and the windows didn’t block the noise at all. With a child who falls asleep at 8 p.m., this is definitely not what you want. It was a horrible nights.
