The staff is really helpful. The breakfast is good. The room is comfortable. The bus stops are next to the hotel.
The rooms are not sound proof. We could hear the guest in the room next to ours.
The wifi is not good.

Sea view was fabulous. Room airy and very clean. Fridge in room is great idea. Freshly cooked eggs at breakfast was fab.
Not 4 star! For it to be 4 star needs kettle and iron in room. Comfier mattresses and additional pillows. Also needs more storage.
Pool area was lovely.. It was quiet whilst we were there so never felt overcrowded.
Warmer for hot food food at breakfast was tepid at best which was a shame so food items were barely warm.
Bar service at pool was so slow.
Arenal has lovely beach and bars and food. Bars of an evening cater very much for German Dutch. Evening atmosphere quite flat and sorry but German music really isn't the best!!! And for that reason I wouldn't recommend to friends and family.

Old fashioned charm - loved the linen tablecloths at dinner and breakfast . Watching the sunsets from the sea view room with a glass of fizz , beautiful !
Area was a little high rise but it was nice to people watch and as it was mainly German area there was very little drunken brits to spoil it until we got back in the plane .

This hotel was fine for an affordable one night stay near the airport. The best part was the staff ordering us a taxi for 5am, the driver was on time and friendly, we were checked in and through security 15mins later! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
The aircon in our room was struggling to cool so we had a cold shower to help. The facilities are run down and the area is a bit of a 'party scene' but it was fine.
