Good location, staff friendly and good facilities

If I had to pick, the aircon was quite noisy being inside the room

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, very nice room, good workout room option, big and comfortable room and bed. And a good breakfast buffet included. During breakfast, the general manager of the hotel meanders through the room asking guests about their experience. Exceptional value given all the above.

Breakfast was good. I would consider a dark roast coffee but not complaining.

When we booked it, we received a confirmation that everything gonna be okay, we came as first customers early in the morning, but there were not early check in, so we left our bags and decided to go for a walk. Once we came back in the evening we were very confused because staff people told us that there is no rooms available and wanted to send us to another hotel without breakfast available saying that it is much better. Finally they figured out a king suite for us for just 2 days to stay and the we should check out and check in again. This was very confusing. WiFi is lagging from time to time and food is good but not exceptional, I would say breakfast is pretty the same every day.
