Sitia Beach City Resort & Spa

The staff was pleasant and very welcoming, the room was clean and nicely decorated. Location was brilliant just a very short walk to the center and hotel was directly on the beach.

There wasn't much negative about this hotel except the amount of cats around the dining area, the staff was great at clearing them out but certain guest was feeding them whole fish from the buffet.

The location was perfect. The hotel is located right on the beach and a 5 minute walk from the town where you can find all the shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The food was delicious too.

The hotel is a little dated and the beds/pillows were not the most comfortable. Not all the plug sockets in our room worked, the shower head needed replacing when we arrived and the TVs are not entirely Smart, so we didn't have access to Netflix etc and apart from News there wasn't anything to watch in English. There was some entertainment in the day, one exercise class and one or two events during the week but other than that there wasn't much to do in the evenings.

Great hotel at a fabulous location. Staff also made the difference. Great spa experience !! Highly recommending the Cretan massage !! Thank you everyone

Comfortable, great views. Clean

Staff were extremely pleasant, smiling, willing to assist! The property is a short, seaside walk from the centre, very easily accessible! The room was clean and tidy with a welcoming note from the hotel manager and a farewell gift at the end of the stay. Breakfast buffet was an impressive spread!
