We travel to San Diego at least once a year and normally stay at a resort. This time we opted to stay in OB since we tend to spend most of our time there. Our favorite spot is dog beach and this is literally a block from there. Talk about heaven. Amazing rooftop and location was near so many things.

The loft area would be perfect for small kids, rather than adults. Also, if the living room area had a tv or even a table to sit at. Minor details being we weren't in the house much, but just a suggestion.

I liked that the property was very close to the beach. However, being so close to the beach they did not provide stuff for the beach like beach chairs or umbrellas. That would have been great.

I didn’t like the fact that it was a bit dirty and there were spiders and cockroaches on the lower area of the property. I also didn’t like how the towels and linens were dingy and stained. Definitely time for new towels and linens. The decor was also very blah and furniture is old and damaged, it could have been better. The most important thing that I didn’t like is the fact that the listing mentions that this property had 5 beds, that was not the case. It has 2 beds and 2 sofa beds, they are not beds like it’s listed. 4 beds total and not 5.

Loved the location and all the surrounding stores.

Had higher expectations for the place but overall no complaints though
