room comfortable, locaation great, and breakfast good and an added bonus
it was difficult to find because sign outfront was tiny and not well lit up as there are so many hotels in the area and very close together

the staff was amazing and helped us out by letting us have an early check in due to previous sleeping arrangements being horrendous

The property itself was clean and a nice hotel. Most of the staff was pleasant. The breakfast in the mornings was good.
I didn’t like the fact that the staff member we checked in with seemed offended I had paid with affirm and then said they hadn’t received payment after I had already called to confirm payment. After that we didn’t get a welcome packet and certainly wasn’t told you also get charged for parking and etc. It shouldn’t matter how a customer pays for a room just do your job and be professional. The only other complaint was the bed/pillows were uncomfortable.
