Hot showers, quiet, and comfortable bed.

Main room was clean and bright. Medium-sized fridge, small microwave and a good-sized table for eating or working. Hard to get on to wifi at first, but eventually got on after calling the office.
Bathroom was small with a strange squeaky folding door.
Lights on the first two switches that we tried did not work. Overall an old motel that could use some updating.
Light fixture above sink did not work and was rusty. Could not find light switch for that fixture.

Room and bathroom were clean. Linens and bath amenities were clean and adequate. Beds and pillows were very comfortable; refrigerator could be colder; tv service very good; small but adequate closet and bureau space. Many trees between motel and I-91 make for a quiet stay. Reasonably priced.
Needs attention to details ---space heater in bathroom removed but empty space left open; baseboard heater in bathroom needs completion-looks shabby; several small ants noticed coming in thru heating pipe floor opening. Grounds need landscaping to improve street appeal. Exterior of buildings needs attention--dented downspouts; walkway made of pieces of old asphalt used as flagstones with weeds growing around. Evidence of work going on so owners seem to be trying. Limited amenities outside of room.
