The Jung Hotel and Residences

It was very modern and clean and the staff was welcoming

The water for the tub and shower does not get hot . It's like a lukewarm

The staff was amazing. They were willing to help me. I am disabled and had a bad accident where my foot was crushed, and my ankle was broke. Times are hard these days The valet man Troy was exceptional. I had a rough visit and he was so kind and genuinely comforted me and assisted me with all of my belongings to my car. I lost my credit card so therefore I could not give him any money but he still helped me. I thank God for him he is so wonderful along with all of the staff.

I couldn’t get ice on my floor and had to walk a good ways to get it as advertise. There was not a restaurant we would’ve loved to have ordered food to our room.

Very clean and updated rooms

Location was a little ways down from the French quarter but still a nice hotel

Not my kind of place

The doors, staff cleaning while in the shower, the tile floor, restaurant closed and bar never open
