Staff was excellent!

Room was clean, shower and air conditioning worked great, and helped reduce traffic noise. parking was good, host was good as well. There were plenty of restaurants bars within walking distance and it was close enough to the river for activities.
Noise near intersection and other rooms you could hear doors slamming and kids running around jumping and riding bikes on the second floor was pretty loud so rooms need more sound proofing. Spring beds were uncomfortable and saggy, need more spine support. Mattress topper was wasn’t great either but the rest of the facilities were great.

It was a nice refurbished motel. Comfortable bed & pillows. Small but served the purpose of sleeping overnight.Complimentary beverages at check in
There was an area on the floor that needed repair as I almost tripped. No coffee maker in room but good size refrigerator and a small microwave.
The street noise was loud throughout the night and people were sitting on stairs where it was hard to walk through.ADA parking had 2 trailers in the space

"I stayed only 1 night, so I didn’t participate in the offerings. What I liked was location near the Amtrak station, stores and coffee."
