The location was great and so near DIA. The front desk was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, have a sofa, a kitchen, it was exactly what we needed to make this stay relaxing and convenient.

It was a beautiful hotel and clean.

I made reserations for two rooms on the same credit card. When I checked in the second room was under my daughter's name but on my credit card. I had to get her to come down when we checked in. She had 3 rowdy kids with her and I made the reservation. You might want to find a way when we book through a third party site to allow the person that makes the reservation check in for both rooms as I was paying for them. This was a hassle even after I tried to check in with her drivers license they still would not allow me to check in. I was extremely frustrated with the entire check in process. The only hotels I stay in are Marriott's and this was a very disappointing situation. Please try to resolve this issue in the future.
