Golden Moon Suite Hotel & Travel

The staff was amazing and proactively helped me with changing cash right when I arrived. The breakfast is also very extensive, the rooms are clean, and is always someone at the counter to support. All in all they gave me a safe and pleasant first few days in Vietnam.

If you are staying one the first floor it can be a bit noisy because of the street. But hè, honking is Hanoi and for me this was not really and big issue!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We used the hotel's airport transfer service for both arrival and departure. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived in Hanoi a bit late, but the driver waited for us and gave us a warm welcome still. The location is also very strategic; we could easily walk around Hanoi to shop, dine, visit the lake, and enjoy various other activities. The air conditioning didn't cool the room very quickly, but it was adequate since we spent most of the day outdoors. It wasn't a major issue for us.

It‘s very clean and the people are very polite and helpful. Besides that, the Rooftop Breakfast is very nice too.

This place was recommended by my guide book but the review is out of date like the hotel . You get what you pay for here .

They are also a travel service and immediately wanted to sell us some tours when we arrived . Place needs updating to modern standards .
