The location of this hotel was amazing! We did not realize when we booked how close it was to shopping and great hotels. We walked everywhere and the streets felt safe. It was so quick and easy to get off the freeway to the hotel and then enjoy the area. The parking was very expensive- $45/night, but to park on our own would have been a pain. Thankfully the valets were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good -above most hotels for this price range. options like make your own breakfast burritos, non dairy options, plenty of fresh fruit. The room was large, very clean and the shower was so nice.

Although there was a pool, there was no hot tub -which would have been wonderful. The door for the bathroom in our room was a sliding door with no lock. Plus the door had a large opaque glass panel, so when using the bathroom at night, the light from the bathroom was seen in the rest of the room, which is frustrating if you are a light sleeper.

The location was excellent for everything we needed to do in Glendale… Had a very good breakfast, a very helpful staff, and seemed very clean and well-maintained

Primarily, and for the most part, the biggest problem was how uncomfortable the bed was… The bed was amazingly too hard, considering us soft it was it was weird, but very uncomfortable
