The property was very simple and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Extra Bonus--there was no fee for parking and very convenient to all highways. Breakfast was quick and simple, but convenient.

Adequate to very good, but they should reopen Frank’s Restaurant to the public because their food and service was great!
The maids could’ve cleaned the rooms better, and there were several days when they didn’t change the bedsheets or give clean towels. Also, they didn’t refill the soap dispensers. We also saw crumbs on the carpet—a lot! The water pressure in the sink is terrible, water hardly comes out, and when it does it can get scalding hot. But management was very friendly, especially during all that movie shooting.

Location is really good - easy connection to freeway, close distance to WB Studios (~2 mi - good for walking), Griffith park (15 min by car). Few restaurants and shops in close proximity. Rooms were clean, bed quite comfy. Breakfast included but rather small seating space. Very good value for money in LA metro area.
AC needs cleaning, investment in sound insulation from street traffic would be good. TV w/o smart apps, but internet connection was really fast and reliable.

We had good stay.
The carpet wasn't vacuumed when we got there we started for two nights and the second day the carpet was not vacuumed . They only went in and put out new towel.
