Arrow Hotel

Great location on our route to Rapid City. Bonfire Grill was great!

Room was the same one we stayed in last year. AC was not working. Room is extremely dated. Breakfast very poor.

Breakfast was good and provided what we needed, laid out nicely

The lock on our door did not work properly.

This was our 4th time staying at the Arrow. We love it! The rooms are beautiful and clean, however, most people will never stay there as Broken Bow Nebraska is not exactly a tourist destination. We try to arrange our route to stay there on our cross country drives. The Bonfire restaurant, located in the historic part of the hotel, has amazing food

Staff were very friendly. Easy to get to the room. Hotel felt secure. Place was clean and rooms were adequately stocked. Has a stove, full size fridge, full size sink, microwave and so on. Would be good for longer stays as far as that aspect goes. Right inside town, walking distance to many area attractions. Restaurant located inside.

Mattress was very very firm, felt like we slept on a rock. Place was very stuffy, couldn't get the right temperature in the rooms, wouldn't cool down. No vent fan in bathroom. TV located right in walkway in the bedroom area, so I ended up hitting my head multiple times during the night walking around the small bedroom. Located right next to highway(sidewalk away), so the semi's with jake brakes and other loud vehicles woke you up at all hours of the night while turning and reving on gas etc etc. The vending machines only tool dollar bills and quarters to prevent jamming and leaving unoperable, but dispersed nickels back($0.75 per item), so ended up with a pocket full of nickels we couldn't use there. Breakfast poorly stocked, waffle machine wasn't working.
