Our son attends the local college and this is a very convenient location. I love it because it is clean, the staff is amazing, the a/c was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The place had a gym (small but serviceable) and the breakfast had a small but good selection
I was surprised that we stayed three nights and no one came in to clean the room. We had to get our own fresh towels, find a place to put the trash and keep the area as clean as possible without cleaning supplies. But this was minimal and we got the towels immediately.

We were there for a college reunion. The room was recently renovated and was in great shape. We really liked the refrigerator in the room, which allowed us to have lots of cold fluids ready to take with us during a hot weekend where we needed to attend lots of different locations.
The entrance to the hotel is in a weird place behind a small strip mall. Everything else was great!

Clean, parking, right off main road
All was good

The breakfast was terrible! Mostly carbs and nothing gluten free. If you can't eat gluten you can't eat much at the AmericInn breakfast room. Add some hardboiled eggs, more fruit, yogurt, etc.
The cooling fans were so loud and intrusive.
