Location and facilities. Staff were all wonderful
The construction noise in the neighbouring property and in Ayodya itself, some areas dated and need repair eg pool deck

Great location, one of the best beaches to swim at Nusa Dua. Short walk to a “pub street” and 10-15 min walk to Bali Collection. Staff customer is excellent. Breakfast buffet is enormous with cooked to order eggs, pastries and fruit selection.
Built in 1990 so while the rooms are large some of design is a bit tired. That said, they were very clean, room service was very prompt and the air conditioning was very good.
