Great, hit the spot, great breakfast
Getting dated, but reflected in the price

Nice staff!
Great breakfast!
Great location by the city entrance - with good windows isolating the noise!
Near the train and bus station
Parking included - super important
Not clean enough. Not in the room, not in the lobby.
Not easy to find the car parking entrance
Very loud outside - not allowing opening the window (but it was surprisingly soundproof when closed!)

Excellent location near train, tram and bus station
Nothing

The location is excellent, and I can move around easily, and the WiFi is good.
Their room is manageable; there's no bottled water in the room. I have to go down to the reception to get water, but the hotel's cost is overpriced. For breakfast, Jerusalem Gate Hotel needs to do better by making it more accessible and inclusive and by clearly labelling it so others know what they're eating.
