Résidence Les Balcons de La Rosière

L'appartement est spacieux pour un deux pièces, la chambre est agréable, beaucoup de rangements ce qui est parfois plus rare ! L'immeuble est calme, proche des commerces et surtout on a une vue superbe sur la vallée et les montagnes !! L'établissement a respecté notre demande d'être à l'étage à cause de notre chienne et pas au rez de chaussée qui donne sur le chemin. Le parking souterrain est juste en dessous donc c'est très pratique. Nombreuses balades dans les environs.

Pas grand chose ! La seule chose qui m'a gêné , c'est la promiscuité des balcons qui n'ont pas vraiment de séparation...

The location is absolutely stunning: high in the mountains overlooking a valley down into Val d'Isere and across to the Arc ski resort villages. The accommodation was comfortable, well-equipped and flexible with plenty of overall space. The village itself has everything from mountain hikes of all lengths and difficulties to gorgeous bars, shops and restaurants. The pool is separate to the accommodation, in a nearby hotel, and has slightly short hours (not open until 11 in the morning), but is delightful, with a panoramic window looking out over the mountain views. We also had a very convenient, dedicated car parking space below the residence (pre-paid) and there were plenty of EV chargers in the area - although the re-gen power from driving down the mountain to Courmayeur was insanely good!

The bedrooms are double, but very small. One of my sons is 192cm tall and the 2 single beds crammed into the room meant it was too small for him to share the space, so he slept on one of the sofa beds downstairs. There is only one WC (but two bathrooms), which is a little inconvenient as the WC is on a different floor to the bedrooms.

Clean and spacious

We were charged 12 euro per day for our dog but nothing was provided… no bowl no mat! I want to complain Booking.com for not quoting pet price before reservation

Appartement avec Kitchenette dans une station de ski à 1800m. Vue magnifique face à la montagne. Nombreuses randonnées possibles. SPA disponible très complet et bien encadré. Proximité d'un petit magasin, d'une boulangerie et de restaurants. Chien autorisé ;-) Frontière Italie à 15min par le Col Pt St Bernard.

Prévoir que l'on peut avoir des fumeurs sur d'autres balcons. Les fumées remontent dans votre appartement si porte fenêtre ouverte. Parking souterrain payant depuis cette année :-(
