It was a good selection of food with fruit and the room was large enough well situated.
Waiting for the staff to admin you into the dinning room or just to tick you off their list.

Goslar is quite a nice little town and the hotel was close to the train station. How you will find the rooms etc will very much depend on the wing you end up in. The rooms nearest the railway line are very tired and not very appealing. The choice at breakfast is good but it feels very busy with overworked staff running around noisily clearing tables. This could be an amazing hotel but seems to be run with little investment.
The first room we were given was right next to the railway line, had no WiFi signal, only a shower over the bath and the carpets etc looked worn and not very clean. The jacuzzi in the wellness suite was broken during most of our stay. The swimming pool looks tired although it appeared to be clean. The saunas were not switched on at the announced time so I had to wait half an hour for them to get hot. Breakfast was very busy with very stressed staff.
