Holiday villa with private pool and well-maintained garden in Calpe, with capacity to accommodate up to 8 people. The entire accommodation is set on the top floor of the property (the ground floor remains closed and uninhabited during the rental period), offering four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a quiet environment just 1.2 km from the sandy beach.
INTERIOR
The rental covers exclusively the top floor of the villa, offering access to the following rooms:
Features a spacious air-conditioned living-dining room, which enjoys panoramic views of the Calpe surroundings. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, dishwasher, and essential appliances. The sleeping area houses four bedrooms, all equipped with individual air conditioning: two bedrooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. The floor is completed by two full independent bathrooms (one equipped with a shower tray and the other with a bathtub).
All four bedrooms and the main living-dining area feature individual air conditioning units.

Villa Puchero, is in an excellent location, 10 min walk to the beach. We had a problem with the hot water, and Plus holidays responded in 10 mins, excellent service. Villa is large and comfortable, kitchen is a little on the dark side and opening the door was not an option as the mosquitoes were particularly bad during our visit. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates etc. Shower could do with a deep clean,but main bathroom was clean. The views are superb especially from the turret. Overall good value.
