Very good location, our room was cleaned every day. The staff is very pleasant people speaking good English :)

Stuff the most!! Very helpfull with keeping bags and very kind and open to comunicate about every need.

Balcony is not really balcony what you would expect

First and foremost the service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, even before I arrived they contacted me, giving me directions and video instructions which were very clear and straightforward. My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything I needed, from a small kitchenette, a great shower, and most importantly a super comfortable bed! The hotel was perfectly located, next to a local supermarket and pharmacy, and directly across from the beach. There were lots of places to eat and drink nearby too! Hector and Pedro were great hosts who were always on hand if I needed anything, even helping me with directions to local amenities, and storing my luggage after I had checked out as my flight home wasn't' until later that day. Overall a 10/10 experience for me, and I'll definitely stay here again!

There wasn't anything about the hotel that I didn't like. There was construction going on in an adjacent building during my stay, this was occasionally noisy in the morning but this wasn't any fault of the hotel and would be something out with their control. Overall though this wasn't a huge issue anyway.
