Overall a very good stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly for a short business trip.

I was very disappointed when I arrived because the room had no hot water. I came in late and wanted a shower and I was asked to have the water running for 10 mins. When water did not run hot, I had to move to another room and it was the same story. I was not able to shower that night as the water was cold. The morning I was told that I needed to pay for an upgrade. I then said I would demand a refund, so they upgraded me to a nice room with hot water. The showers smell like mold.
