There was no breakfast at the location but the motel was in a perfect position for visiting my Uncle.
Everything met my expectations so nothing negative to say.

Small modest motel which seemed to catch a number of one night stayers coming from folk on the way into Port Macquarie. Quite central, walking to Settlement City shopping centre took 15 min, a Coles supermarket a bit closer.
Room was clean and comfortable although a bit smaller than we are used to. Had a microwave and electric kettle.
I already knew it would not be near the beach or river, but good value nevertheless.
Slight nuisance that access to it was only on one side of Gordon Street. Had to drive a bit further and turn at the next set of traffic lights.
