Staying at Baxter is not only a place to stay it is an experience. The innkeeper, Kathleen, is a delight. We could have dtayed longer if only to converse with her. She's an outstanding cook, and made us phenomenal breakfasts. The property is beautiful located close to Kerrytown and a wonderful historic restaurant. We were upgraded to an apartment so I can't comment on the room we booked. The apartment was exceptional. Parking was convenient I front and always available. I highly recommend this B&B over a hotel.

Beautiful, comfortable and cozy home in a great location where you can walk to everything in downtown Ann Arbor. Breakfasts were homemade and delicious! Kathleen is a wonderful host.
