A beautiful chateau, felt very homely and well looked after by the staff

Loved the location near the beach and the great restaurants on the coast you could get to. The pool was cute and perfect for the kids. The suite was good size for our family.
Beautiful common areas - the bar the living room and reception
Not many food options immediately around the area (we didn’t have a car) to walk to. Would be nice to have food all day at the hotel.
The bathroom did smell of sewage at times.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
Spacious room, living room and kitchen.
Second floor, no elevator. Steps broken and not clean. Tile missing from the main kitchen that could be seen from the walking area. Was disgusting. Smelly as well. No lotion in bathroom. No toilet holder. The rolls were just sitting on the toilet tank.
