Accommodation very central and walking distance to all the main attractions. Room was long and narrow. It was a bonus there was a lift. There is a reception however as we arrived late Friday night we didn't see any staff as they weren't there on the weekend. However communication with getting access to the room was good.
Building took a while to find as there is no number on the address only a B in a glass panel above the door. Mattress for bed felt very flimsy like it was for a fold out couch. The apartment could also do with a bit more maintenance as there was a cracked window.

Very spacious and comfortable. A nice touch with the coffee, cookies, and cupcakes in the lobby. Well designed and decorated modern space. Elevator. A quiet street and very clean and safe neighborhood. Plenty of hot water for showers . We enjoyed the outdoor spaces . Would be nice to have some clothes line somewhere for wet swimsuits etc
A market was next door where we bought juices, water etc
The AC did not cool the entire apartment . It was very comfortable in some areas and then it lacked the cool air in some areas. But it’s not a big problem for us because we are used to warm temps but maybe a problem for those who wants constant cool air. The drain in the bathroom is very slow so it took up a few towels to put on the floor.

Location was conveniently located in the old town . Some simple but nice restaurants/ Street cafes were very close by.
The pick up service from the airport was very good.
The Photos in the net were misleading and the “terrace” was not really usable. The whole apartment was very basic.
The host does not live at the premises and can only be contacted by phone or internet, which is ok in most situations, but there was a power cut in the area and it took a long time to clarify, of whether it was only local or throughout the city. As the main door was operated by an electronic code we could not leave the apartment as we couldn’t be sure to get back in. Only after a few hours the owner appeared.
