Quiet Location with parking, the view was great and only a few minutes from the sea.
Sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable, the property had a damp and fusty due to being built in to the hillside.

The room could not be faulted in cleanliness. The terrace had wonderful view over the sea.
The topper on the couch which was made up and opened as the bed to save space was too soft and uncomfortable. The sun loungers on the terrace would have been nice to have sun shades with them.

a modest, nice house on a hill, minimalist and classic
the views from the balcony are wonderful...
the owner let us into the room a few hours earlier because we were traveling by motorcycle and were a bit too fast
air conditioning in the room is also a plus
There may have been a steep climb, but that's okay!

Great location, spectacular view, colorful flowers, the name “Un mare di fiori” is perfectly chosen. The host was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the Studio for 4 people had an unpleasant smell of mold, both adults and children could hardly breathe. Although we paid for the accommodation and did the check-in, unfortunately we couldn’t sleep in that room overnight and left in search for another place. Maybe the rooms at upper floors were better, but not the Studio. We were sorry we had to leave, as we heard the breakfast was very good.
