Clean, quiet location Pleasant & informative front desk staff- Harry upon check-in & Rafsan upon check-out.

Should have instructions telling us to go up the escalator to reach the hotel as it is not clear.

Near to to Bukit Jalil stadium. The staff was friendly and helpful. Eateries and convenience stores available downstairs. Easy to get e-hailing.

The facility is old. Nothing like in the pictures. The building is dark. If I was a lady travelling alone, I would not stay here cause it looks creepy. First room given was at the first floor, the carpet was soaking wet due to leaking from the air conditioner... You can just tell everything is old. From the carpets, to the bathroom door... Upon request, the reception staff immediately gave us a new room on the third floor. It was better but even then the window was stained with green algae... I hope they revamp the place one day because it's location is strategic and the staff was very kind.
