Nice place, friendly staff. I have selected a specific room and was happy with it. Big room, comfy bed. I had a very short stay. It is short walk to most of the local attractions.
The room could be cleaner (big pile of dust under the wardrobe) and when I was coming back in the evening, there was a bra laying right at the door to the room.

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable with fresh linen. Mike was very helpful and accommodating. And David was very chatty and friendly. We really enjoyed the generous continental breakfast. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafés. All in all we enjoyed our stay and we would consider staying again.
The seating in the room needs updating, the lounge chairs were not inviting or comfortable to sit in. I think the room price was slightly inflated for the standard of the room furnishings.

Warm welcome from David, who also loaned me a USB plug as I never came with one . Nothing was to much trouble. room was clean , good shower. Selection of coffee,tea & biscuits in the room . Comfy bed plenty of storage. TV good size. The location was perfect few minutes walk to the beach front. Which has a choice of eating places. And Clevedon pier
The only negative thing I would have to say is that. The Carpark although enough space. There were quite a few old cars which had obviously not been used in a good while. So I think curb appeal would be a lot better. If they could be removed.

Breakfast was adequate. Room was dated and could do with an upgrade. Bed was comfortable.
The car park was scruffy and gave the impression of carelessness. Sleep was sporadic due to an overflow pipe pouring water into a tank at the rear of the property.
Breakfast tray was still in our room when we returned from a day out. This should have been cleared away. It wasn’t even taken away when the next breakfast tray was delivered the following morning. There was no fire alarm action notice inside our bedroom despite this being a legal requirement.
