The staff was very helpful specially Ahmed mohamed from the housekeeping team and also the receptionist Mahmoud Hamada the beach is one of a kind
The maintenance need more care as the air conditioner was leaking water

From reception to lifeguards, everyone was kind and helpful. I liked all the facilities. Pools, beach sides sides were waoowww! I don’t remember the names but all receptionists were amazing persons, In the bar, Muhammed was so nice person, also the fb supervisor(maybe) in the breakfast was smiling at everyone who comes to have breakfast.
I loved staying here and will come back before my vacation ends.
In spa, prices were too confusing, the man deciding to price it according to the nationality and was saying that there’s a discount and it finished that day(to sell the service). So I don’t like it and decided to not use.

The location is good. Close to the beach and to the city centre. The hotel was very clean. The only big issue is the staff. They are the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely horrible in terms of hospitality.
