Perfect location and kind staff
Breakfast room was too hot, a ventilator can be nice for summer

I love the old world charm that it has matches very well with the decoration. The window openings being able to see the Spanish steps from the room window, the stairs leading up.to room are very charming very close to transportation , stores, bars and great..restaurants.How everything was nice and neat well.put together and breakfast was fantastic lots of options.
They did not have an iron, the elevator was a waiting issue Especially if the person previously left it without closing the door properly and the mattress felt worn and old as well as the sheets .

Location only
No facilities at all, the price is too much for the value of service you get specially the breakfast the present the remaining items from the day before, you find half the cake on the buffet next morning and the lady in the breakfast room is always grumpy and never smiles to guests.
