The staff was so helpful and amazing. The property was centrally located. The bed was comfortable
The large stairway leading up to check in Rooms were extremely small. No space for luggage. The bathroom was tiny. Rooms were a bit dated as well

Central location, 5 minute walk to St Marks Square and 10mins to the Rialto Bridge.
Comfy bed, excellent contenental breakfast and clean rooms.
Bathrooms was a bit on the small side and someone large would have really struggled in the shower.

The people were great- helpful, made great suggestions and had a great breakfast choice.
Was clean and comfortable with the exception of the shower- it was tiny. A large person might not fit

Great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good selection of food at breakfast.
My only negative is that nowhere online is there mention of the Air Conditioning being turned off from October. I specifically chose somewhere with A/C.
My room was so hot it was like sleeping in an oven.
I had to sleep with the window open which was far from ideal because the window opened inwards so hitting my head when sleeping was very possible. A fan was provided but did little to cool the room down.
