Ona Las Rampas

Clean comfortable and delightful fixtures and fittings

Lack of balcony

We have stayed there before, it is always clean and the location is a plus

Nothing at all

Have always stayed at this Hotel for the past 10 years. Good location and suits our needs. Nice to see that it's had a bit of a face-lift since our last visit, with an updated style. Restaurant area also updated, now looks bright and airy. Very nice.

Not happy couldn't get the same room we've always asked for. As above, nice that the hotel rooms have had a face-lift but unfortunately there is nowhere to put personal items, accessories etc as the modern furniture in the rooms have no draws, not even on bedside cabinets. Only one small shelf per person in the wardrobe to fit everything in, with rest of personal stuff eg medication etc, and anything that couldn't fit in the shelf, having to be left out on show in the room at all times.

Location and cleanliness

Couldn’t get the shower to work
