Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und gemütlich. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
Ein Familienbetrieb mit Überzeugung.
Das Auto wird vom Personal geparkt,
das Gepäck ins Zimmer gebracht.
Das Spa hat alles was man braucht.
Das Frühstück und Abendessen hat uns überzeugt. Auf Wunsch gibt es frisch gemachte Eierspeisen, lecker und fein. Das Ticket zur Bergbahn incl. war perfekt.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is exceptional for adults, but the half board option for children is not worth it.
I find it hard to justify €9,000 for two rooms for 4 nights. Two of which were off peak. I could have stayed at the best hotel in Ischgl for that money.
