Great onsen
The shower spray was too sharp. When showering can feel the water pressure is too high.
Fridge cooler could be colder

Great onsen, great customer service
I book 2 types of room. Futon and western style. The western style the bed was not that great. The bed is quite soft. Not suitable for elderly
