Victoria House Room Only Accommodation

Location was ideal for me as was working in the centre of Caernarfon. I was impressed with the information Jan provided prior to my arrival re parking etc, it was all very helpful. The room at the top of the house was spacious and beautifully decorated. It had the usual tea.coffee making facilities but an extra delightful touch was fresh milk in a jug in the fridge that was supplied. There was also a microwave, fridge and cutlery. There were also treats to eat which was lovely. The room information booklet gave detailed instructions and advice on where to eat, order takeaway and home delivery. that was really useful. had a comfortable night sleep and a large tv to enjoy pre sleep. The residence was really quiet. Will definitely book again. I had a lovely welcome from the host's nephew who showed me where everything was in the room. I met the host the following morning who was delightful and welcoming, as well as her two playful dogs..:)

Nothing; The only downside would have been for a person with mobility issues as it was up 3-2 flights of stairs. So that would need to be taken into consideration by anyone booking.

Quirky period property, room a great size with large en-suite and lots of extras in both room and bathroom. Owner very attentive and communicative with fantastic local knowledge and recommendations. Upper patio on castle walls is lovely with superb views. Information on parking pre arrival was very clear and if available the on street parking is fantastic Unbeatable location for walking access to all ares of the city, sightseeing, shopping and restaurants

Location was great !

Amazing location, just 2 min from beautiful sunset spot, inside the walled city and few minutes from the amazing castle The owner is super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and beautiful, you can feel like a king back in medieval times
