Park Hotel Djevana

Прекрасен хотел на отлична локация , според нашите нужди ! В заявката си за стая помолихме да бъде с тераса - получихме прекрасно студио с просторна тераса .Вечерта вечеряхме в заведението на хотела - вкусна храна и бялото вино много ми хареса :) С удоволствие ще ви посетим отново ! Препоръчвам ви "Парк Хотел Джевана " - Отличен !

Любезен персонал и много добро обслужване. Храната в ресторантчето беше много вкусна и даже нямаше нужда от допълнително овкусяване от мен. Много добро впечатление ми направи чистотата като цяло.

Самото място не е обесшумено. Чуваха се дори хората отгоре, когато говорят.Да не споменавам,че когато някой пусне водата ,се чува из цялата стая. За капак на рецепцията имат един прекрасен стар часовник ,който на всеки кръгъл час звъни в зависимост от това колко е часът .В 1:00 часът звъни един път ,в 12:00 -12 пъти .И това си се чува в целия хотел. Въпреки това ,пак бих отишъл ,тъй като плюсовете са повече от минусите.

This is the best place that I stayed in Bulgaria. The room is cozy and clean, the owners are super hospitable and nice, and the garden is just fantastic!

The only little issue is that we couldn't pay by card. But it's not a problem, there is an atm in a walking distance.

The property is located in a quiet area and has a lovely garden. The surroundings are peaceful and pleasant. Fortunately, there is a lovely restaurant nearby that completely lifted our spirits after the disappointing experience with the accommodation. The food was excellent, the service was great and the setting was beautiful. It definitely made our evening much better.

Unfortunately, our experience did not match the rating and reviews we had read before booking. Communication was difficult, as the person at reception did not speak English at all. We had to use Google Translate. It is also important to arrive strictly during the stated check-in hours, as contacting the property outside that time can be difficult. Payment was accepted in cash only. The main issue, however, was cleanliness. There were cobwebs, dead insects and visible dust and dirt in the corners of the room, which gave us the impression that some areas had not been properly cleaned for quite some time. The air-conditioning unit also appeared poorly maintained. There was no possibility to have a coffee at the property in the morning, which was inconvenient for an overnight stay. We were travelling through Bulgaria during the national holiday and had limited accommodation options, so we chose this property based mainly on its good rating and reviews. Unfortunately, in our experience, they did not reflect the actual condition of the accommodation.
