Overall, the unit was comfortable, and the generous size of all the rooms was enjoyable. We loved the leather reclining furniture! The kitchen was well-stocked. The proximity of the unit to the pool and beach is excellent, and the resort is beautifully well-kept. This particular unit needs new hanging blinds in both bedrooms and the living room - there were a few of the hanging slats that had fallen to the floor, so that they were unattached, and when the blinds were closed at night, persons outside could see inside.

Very close to downtown St. Augustine and all of the attractions. The property was very well taken care of. Being so close to the beach was great

The property was beautiful, well maintained. Ocean view from our patio on 2nd floor was great, also a nice view overlooking the pool & hot tub. The condo unit was nice and clean but a little out dated, could use some new carpet as that was tired and had a musty smell. The bathrooms both were clean and very functional and plenty of room in the master bathroom but again dated and could use an update to the tubs. Great shower heads and water pressure. The condo had all the basic necessities to cook meals in the kitchen. The best part besides the views and location was that the condo association allowed you to sign out bikes, beach chairs and beach umbrellas! Overall, we had a great week!
