The property is in a great location for walking ability around Ubud. Accommodation is very clean, tidy and modern. And the staff are very obliging. Lots of awesome cafés and Warungs opposite the Villa itself overlooking rice terrace.
When you first arrive the entrance road going up to the Property is a bit overwhelming because it’s very steep at the start then super narrow with traffic coming in both directions on scooters. So it does make it tricky to walk when we had kids on foot. However, once we had been there a day we got used to this and it was certainly part of the charm! Kids loved the bustle of Ubud like we did.

Thank you for the wonderful stay. One of the best experiences of our lives so luxurious beautiful view morning and evening amazing room lovely team so helpful and kind our boys give it a 12 out of 10 rating. Hope we can come back one day treasured memories.
Definitely make sure you add on the breakfast. Fresh and delicious and such a wonderful treat.

Clean, safe, quiet, and great location to the main part of Ubud as long as you can walk up and down a hill with uneven pavement or use/take a motorbike. Friendly and incredibly helpful staff. The villa was really comfortable including the bed. The pool was a perfect temperature. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our vacation.
