Everything! The Loft is perfection. The location could not be better. We were so grateful for Alexandra being incredibly accommodating for us. This trip was wonderful and I would not hesitate to either recommend the Loft to any couple visiting Annecy, or indeed to book again!
Nothing - everything was perfect.

Beautifully appointed and beautifully situated. Cannot beat the view.
A floor fan would be nice for the upstairs bedroom during the summer months as it gets warm if you like to sleep under the comforter. There is an AC unit, but not strong enough to reach the bed.

This renovated apartment is an OMG experience. The location could not be better, right in the middle of town. The view is spectacular. It has has every modern convenience.
Handover is a long process [ more than 30 minutes] and seems overcomplicated. This was not Alexandra's fault , she was just being thorough however , there is a 10 page manual on how to access and use the apartments facilities.....The CBus system is not user friendly or intuitive. Even though there is a lift to the loft living area from the street, be aware that the bedroom is actally another 2 flights of stairs above the living area. That was not an issue for us but could be for less mobile guests.
