We stayed at Hartcliffe View as a family group of 11 and it completely met our expectations. The property was exactly as described and was ideal for a larger group, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together comfortably. The host was excellent throughout our stay and communication was spot on. They checked in at key points, including around our expected arrival time, later that day to make sure everything was okay, and again at checkout. It was reassuring to know they genuinely cared that everything was going smoothly without being intrusive. The house itself worked perfectly for a large family gathering and we could also see it being an excellent venue for business retreats, group getaways, or special occasions. Everything was straightforward, well organised and as expected.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for spacious accommodation for larger groups. Thank you for helping make our stay enjoyable.

Great for several families getting together. Loved the fridge space as we self cater and have struggled with this in previous properties. Enjoyed the large garden as we had small children with us. Good stay all round.

Had a fantastic weekend with friends and family and the accomodation made a great occasion
