The Heritage

The breakfast was very nice . Dining room was comfortable staff were pleasant . Stayed early in week . Would stay again and would recommend .

A bit hit and miss with attentiveness of staff but over all staff were pleasant . Not great value for money in bar seven evening meal . Starters and deserts outrageously expensive. 9 euro for 3 tiny scoops of ice cream . Sticky toffee pudding was nice but 12 euro is ridiculous . Second evening we were seated near an exit door at the back of barc7 ordinarily would not be a problem but staff kept going in and out the door and letting it swing back creating a draught . It was very cold . If people are sitting there that should not happen or else don't put a table there.

Our room was very nice. Good breakfast with good variety of options. Staff were nice to deal with especially in the restaurant part.

In my opinion, I wouldn’t class the restaurant as fine dining. The food was nice. The room itself was way too bright and no nice touches to make it feel special or cosy. Serving staff were a pleasure to deal with. I’m sorry I didn’t get the girls name but she was very pleasant and very attentive.

Everything, specially the staff they were wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and professional. It was a beautiful hotel, food was scruptious, great breakfast menu, well run hotel and our room 223 was gorgeous, beautiful views of the golf course. All round exceptional experience. I havent stopped talking about it since we were there, we were there for an overnight stay for an event for 1 night.

The Heritage was very far out, it was difficult to great there in the downpour we encountered but thats hardly their fault.

Food quality is gone way down from last stays
